No. There is no change to your contract, and you’ll still get all the same benefits that you do currently, everything is exactly the same – only the brand name will change. We will continue to send you your bill on the same day as you currently receive it. It will have all the same information as your Meteor bill, the only difference is that the bill will be eir branded.
If you pay by direct debit, your monthly payment will continue as normal and over time you’ll see the name beside the payments change from ‘Meteor to ‘eir’ on your bank statement. There’s no need for you to make any changes to your direct debit, we’ll do all that!
