Meteor Extras Cinema Offer

1. The terms and conditions of the Meteor Extras Cinema Offer (the "Offer") are set out below (the "Offer Terms"). The Offer Terms are supplementary to Meteor’s general terms and conditions of service (the "General Terms") and Fair Usage Policy, which are available at http://www.meteor.ie/terms_and_conditions/acceptable_usage_policy/. In the event of a conflict, the Offer Terms shall prevail. You agree to accept the Offer Terms each time you avail of the Offer. Terms not defined in these Offer Terms shall have the meaning given to them in the General Terms.

2. For the purpose of these Offer Terms when we say "Meteor", "we", "us" and "our" we mean Meteor Mobile Communications Limited of 1 Heuston South Quarter, St John’s Road, Dublin 8. When we say "you", "your" or "customer" we are referring to you, our customer using the Meteor service.

3. The Offer is available to both Meteor Pay As You Go ("Prepay") and Bill Pay ("Postpay") customers and Meteor Mobile Broadband customers, provided you have topped up at least once by €5 or more within the previous 30 days in the case of Prepay and have no outstanding bills in the case you are a Postpay customer.

4. If you are ineligible for the Offer because you haven’t topped up within the last 30 days or have outstanding bills, it will take 24 hours from the time you top up or clear your outstanding bills for you to become eligible for the Offer.

5. If you are a new Meteor customer it will take 24 hours from the time of your initial network activation for you to be able to view the Offer in MyMeteor and 30 days before you become eligible for the Offer.

6. In order to avail of the Offer you must opt in to receiving SMS communications from Meteor and other companies within the Meteor Group of companies.

7. You can claim the redemption code necessary to redeem the Offer once each month by logging on to MyMeteor or the MyMeteor app and following the onscreen instructions.

8. Once an instruction to claim the Offer has been received from you by Meteor, a unique redemption code will be sent by Meteor to the mobile phone number associated with your MyMeteor account. In the case where you are a Mobile Broadband customer the redemption code will be sent to your Mobile Broadband online dashboard. To use the redemption code you are required to log onto your Mobile Broadband online dashboard and forward the message containing the redemption code to your mobile phone. For instructions on how to do this please consult the support section on meteor.ie.

9. In order to avail of the Offer at participating cinemas you must provide the redemption code on your mobile phone (handset) to box office staff at the participating cinema. Printed redemption codes will not be accepted and redemption codes cannot be redeemed at automated cinema ticketing machines.

10. Pre-booking or online booking is not permitted.

11. Deleted or otherwise misplaced redemption codes cannot be reissued.

12. A redemption code may only be used once by you the Meteor customer who redeemed the redemption code. All redemption codes are non-transferable.

13. Each redemption code may only be used once.

14. Each redemption code is valid for 7 days from the date of issue.

15. Your redemption code will only be accepted at the cinema location you chose when receiving your redemption code and cannot be used at an alternative cinema or location.

16. Redemption codes cannot be used to buy 3D glasses, gift vouchers, gift cards, food, drinks or any other goods or services.

17. Participating cinemas reserve the right to refuse customers with invalid redemption codes and reserve the right of admission.

18. Participating cinemas cannot offer a cash alternative and this Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount unless stated by your chosen cinema. The redemption code and cinema ticket are complimentary and have zero cash value.

19. The Offer is subject to seat availability. Redemption does not guarantee admission.

20. Seat availability at participating cinemas is on a first come, first served basis. Admission is not guaranteed.

21. The Offer applies to standard seats only. An additional charge may apply at participating cinemas for 3D and non-standard screenings. See individual participating cinema terms and conditions for further details.

22. Redemption codes cannot be extended for any reason and unused redemption codes will be deemed invalid.

23. Terms and conditions of the participating cinemas and cinema chains will apply to this Offer. You should visit the website for each participating cinema to see a full list of terms and conditions.

24. The MyMeteor app is available in Apple iOs and Google Android versions only. The MyMeteor app is currently not available for Microsoft Windows handsets. You may use either the mobile, tablet or desktop versions of the MyMeteor app to generate a redemption code. If you have a Microsoft Windows handset you may still log into MyMeteor using the desktop or small screen version of MyMeteor to redeem a redemption code.

25. By signing up to the Offer, you consent to Meteor contacting you by SMS to notify you of successful opt-ins, updates and changes in relation to the Offer.

26. Any use of the Offer by you is, to the fullest extent allowed, on an "as is" and an "as available" basis. You agree and accept that the Offer is not a fault-free service and is for your own personal use and will not be used for commercial purposes.

27. Links to third party websites and companies may appear on messages you receive as part of the Offer. Such third party websites are not the responsibility of Meteor and we do not accept responsibility for the availability, suitability, reliability or content of such third party websites.

28. Any use of the Offer is at your own risk and in no event will Meteor be responsible for any loss of income, loss of use of the Offer, lost business or missed opportunities including but not limited to, whilst you are attending a participating cinema.

29. Meteor reserves the right to vary or amend these terms and conditions or withdraw the Offer in whole or in part at any time, where in its opinion there is a valid commercial, technical or operational reason, or where you are in breach of any of Meteor,s terms and conditions (whether the General Terms or these Offer terms), Fair Usage Policy or the Fair Usage Conditions hereunder.

30. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland and the Irish Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising in respect of these terms.

Terms specific to IMC Cinemas

33. This Offer applies to all paid advertised screenings, excluding premieres, 3-D movies and other private screenings at IMC cinemas. Offer codes cannot be used to redeem tickets for ‘Premium Screenings’ (for the purpose of clarity, premium screenings are e.g. World Cup screenings, Opera Screenings etc.) and other private screenings at IMC Cinemas. 34. Offer codes cannot be used to redeem tickets for VIP seating at IMC cinemas and an additional surcharge may be required for 3D films. This will be charged by the cinema at point of sale at the participating IMC cinema.

Meteor Extras 2 for 1 Dining and 2 for 1 Days Out

1. The terms and conditions of the Meteor Extras 2 for 1 Dining and 2 for 1 Days Out Offer (the "Offer") are set out below. The terms and conditions are supplementary to Meteor’s general terms and conditions of service (the "General Terms") and Fair Usage Policy, which are available at http://www.meteor.ie/terms_and_conditions/ acceptable_usage_policy/. In the event of a conflict, the terms and conditions of the Offer shall prevail. You agree to accept the terms and conditions of the Offer each time you avail of the Offer.

2. For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions when we say "Meteor", "we", "us" and "our" we mean Meteor Mobile Communications Limited of 1 Heuston South Quarter, St John’s Road, Dublin 8. When we say "you", "your" or "customer" we are referring to you, our customer using the Meteor service.

3. The Offer is available to both prepay and postpay Meteor mobile and Meteor mobile broadband customers, provided you have topped up at least once by €5 or more within the previous 30 days in the case of prepay and have no outstanding bills in the case of postpay customers.

4. If you are ineligible for the Offer because you haven’t topped up within the last 30 days or have outstanding bills, it will take 24 hours from the time you top up or clear any outstanding bills for you to become eligible for the Offer.

7. In the case of 2 for 1 Dining, the Offer consists of a second course, meal or item of equal or lesser value at no additional cost when one course or meal is purchased subject to the terms and conditions, exclusions and restrictions of individual restaurants.

8. The Participating supplier/location will charge the normal rate applicable for any additional services which you or your guest avails. Additional charges or other charges incurred must be paid directly to the Participating supplier/location.

9. If you do not show up for your pre-booked restaurant/days out location your code will be deemed invalid.

10. In the case of 2 for 1 Days Out, the cheaper of the two admission fees/tickets is free, subject to the terms and conditions, exclusions and restrictions of individual attractions.

11. Customers can claim the redemption code necessary to redeem the Offer by logging on to MyMeteor or the MyMeteor app and following the onscreen instructions.

12. Once an instruction to claim the offer has been received from you by Meteor, a unique redemption code will be sent to the mobile phone number associated with your MyMeteor account. In the case of Mobile Broadband customers the redemption code will be sent to your Mobile Broadband online dashboard. To use the code you are required to log onto your Mobile Broadband dashboard and forward the message containing the code to your mobile phone. 13. In order to redeem the Offer at participating outlets you must provide the redemption code on your device to staff at the venue of your choice. Printed codes will not be accepted.

14. Deleted or otherwise misplaced redemption codes cannot be reissued.

15. Redemption codes may only be used by the customer who redeemed the code. All codes are non-transferable.

16. Each redemption code may only be used once.

17. Only one code can be generated per MyMeteor session. In order to redeem further codes it is necessary to log out of MyMeteor and start a new session by logging in again.

18. Each redemption code is valid for 7 days from the date of issue.

19. Your code will only be accepted at the venue you chose on MyMeteor and cannot be used at an alternative location.

20. Participating outlets reserve the right to refuse customers with invalid codes and reserve the right of admission.

21. Participating outlets cannot offer a cash alternative and this offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount unless stated by your chosen outlet. The code has no cash value.

22. The Offer is subject to seat availability and/or capacity. Redemption does not guarantee admission.

23. Admission and/or seat availability is on a first come, first served basis. Admission is not guaranteed.

24. The expiration date of codes cannot be extended for any reason and unused codes will be deemed invalid.

25. Terms and Conditions of the participating outlets will apply. Opening times may vary, and seasonal closures may apply in certain cases. You should visit the website for each outlet and/or contact the outlet for opening hours and a full list of Terms and Conditions.

26. The MyMeteor app is available in Apple iOs and Google Android versions only. The MyMeteor app is currently not available for Microsoft Windows handsets. Customers may use either the mobile, tablet or desktop versions of the MyMeteor app to generate a redemption code. Customers with Microsoft Windows handsets may still log into MyMeteor using the desktop or small screen version of MyMeteor.
